As we all look forward past our current stay in shelter orders and the continued process of reducing the transmission of COVID in our states, and local communities we undoubtedly are looking at a new normal in how we run our lives and businesses. The shut downs and stay in shelters over the past couple of months have forced many of us to slow down re-calculate our day-to-day lives. Whether you are a local business that has had to find ways to pivot and survive the mandatory shut downs or a family that has had to learn change your day-to-day routines, or to celebrate your holidays and life milestones within the boundaries of social distancing policy, one things for sure, a lot has changed.
When we take the time to reflect and take stock of what we prioritize in our own lives, it seems to always be the simple things that we want more of in our lives. Whether its more laughter, more adventure, or more time with the ones we love, its the simple things that fill our lives with meaning. And while this pandemic has caused a lot of tragedy and hardship maybe too it has created space in our lives for a reset.
